В общем, я послала справку о несудимости, которую выдают здесь https://servicii.gov.md/ServiceDetails.aspx?id=512. Ответили, что неправильный документ. Цитирую, что мне ответили: We cannot accept the certificate that you have sent us. Send us the correct document so we can continue to process.
Также, на официальной странице (https://travel.state.gov/content/visas...y/MD.html) следующее:
If someone wishes to emigrate from Moldova, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will run a criminal check on that person (at their request) and report the results. This official report will list whether the person in question is currently involved in a criminal process and if they have any prior convictions in Moldova.
