Я же не спорю и не читал.
Просто напоминаю, что правительство США не занимается аккредитацией. Вообще.
Поэтому такие ссылки могут указывать на простой развод на мелкие деньги.
А фейковых аккредитационных агенств сейчас раз в двадцать больше, чем официально признанных.

Существует конечно, особенно для машин, покупаемых с рук, или для старыхдешевых.
Принято доверять конечно. Когда эти слова подкрепляются даваемой им гарантией на некоторый срок и некоторый пробег. Месяц/3000 миль например. Если не подкрепляются, то все его слова - не более чем сотрясение воздуха, чтобы засорить вам мозги в момент, когда они должны работать.
Насчет Германии насмешили.

От вас ему пока ничего больше не нужно, если нет каких то нестандартностей в семье. Справка пока лишняя, насколько я помню, она понадобится позже. Оригиналы тоже не нужны.
