For those seeking optimism, 70% of Africa’s share of visas are left so far ( according to Brit Simon’s March 25th CEAC data ), YES 70% ( 15.600 visa from 22k ), and embassies have a half year to issue those. Don’t be shocked to hear that only 4 Visa Bulletins are left, in fact, US embassies are still working with February Visa Bulletin Cut Offs max, and in 4 days they will transit to March VB Cut Offs. Здравствуйте Корюн Согоян, очень рад видеть своего соотечественника к тому же еще из Еревана. А вот ваш знакомый у которого кейс намба 10 000 он не пытался звонить в КСС, очень странно и что у него написано на страничке ?

Обьясняют по Африке,но я думаю,что к нам это тоже относится. Говорят,что за 6месяцев выдано только 30% виз и за остальные 6месяцев должны выдать 70%. И что в оставшихся 4виза бюллетенях должны быть большие шаги...

Говорят, что выдано мало виз и сейчас подтягивают хвосты. Пока только февральские номера обрабатывают но скоро перейдут на март. Обещают, что со следующего бюлетеня шаги будут улучшаться. Т.е. следующий будет хорошим, потом еще луше а последний вообше офигительный. Африку только на 30% обработали и остальные 70% должны обработать за следующие пол года.

Вообщем, говорят то в марте все хвосты догонят (хотя по моему все же не до конца).

Короче говоря, очень мало виз выдали за эти пол года и в этом году катофф по идее должен быть очень высоким.

Т.е малолюдей с маленькими номерами заполняют форму. 40% с маленькими номерами и 47 с более высокими. Все совпадает.
