me I won DV2015 lottery, but registration process was performed by company that now asks money for the documents and case number. I don't have access to email address that was used for registration.

The Department of State strongly encourages applicants to complete the entry form without the assistance of “Visa Consultants,” “Visa Agents,” or other individuals who offer to submit an entry on behalf of applicants. If you use the services of somebody else to complete your entry form, you should be present when the entry is prepared, and you should retain the confirmation page and your unique confirmation number. Facilitators may try to withhold confirmation numbers in order to make an unlawful demand for money in exchange for notification information that should have been directly available to you. Your confirmation number ensures that you can go to the E-DV website and receive notification of whether your entry has been selected through the Entry Status Check available fr om May 5, 2015 on the E-DV website www.dvlottery.state.gov. Entry Status Check will be the sole means of informing you of your selection for DV-2016, providing instructions to you on how to proceed with your application, and notifying you of the date and time of your appointment for your immigrant visa interview.



If you have lost your confirmation number, it can be retrieved by accessing the website at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov. On the Welcome page, click the word “Continue.” On the next page, near the box wh ere you would enter your confirmation number, there is a link for “Forgot Confirmation Number”. Select this link and follow the instructions to retrieve your confirmation number. You will need to enter your name, date of birth and e-mail address as they were originally entered when you registered for the lottery. This is the only way to retrieve your confirmation number. The Kentucky Consular Center cannot retrieve this information for you.

Please verify that the confirmation number is being entered correctly. In some cases letters could be interpreted as numbers or numbers as letters. Please check to see if the letter "O" could be the number "0" or the letter "I" could be the number "1". It is also possible the letter "G" could be a number "6" or the letter "B" could be the number "8". Please note that the confirmation number and last name fields are case sensitive. Please try using all CAPS if lower case does not work. Also, if you have more than one last name please try using two spaces between your last names. If you have tried those solutions and still experience difficulty checking your status, please send a screenshot of the confirmation page. Please make sure it includes your confirmation number, last name, year of birth, and the error message.

When inquiring about the status of your case, you must provide the Principal Applicant's full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center is a document processing facility, and cannot advise you on whether or not you will qualify for a visa. Only a consular officer can make that decision.

естественно! Вот сконтактировался з человеком через местный форум - оказался из моего города! Ему сказали 6К дол. Кстати, он написал в посольство - больше недели нет ответа...
